How Sugar Effects our Body - Especially after 50


Introduction

     Sugar is an ingredient in our daily consumption. Which we use a lot. When sugar was not invented, we used jaggery, granulated sugar and honey. Then came the origin of sugar. But is this sugar healthy?

Sugar is a dangerous substance for our body because it contains large amounts of sucrose. Sugar is sweet because of this. Sucrose is not easily digested in the body. So we have to face various diseases. Sugar increases cholesterol in the body.

For that we have to stop sugar completely or reduce its quantity. Try stopping it for a few days and you will see many changes in your health.

 


Major effect After 50

     Sugar affects our body slowly. People who consume limited amount of sugar have no problems throughout life. But those who have too much of it face very bad consequences. Especially after they turn 50. As we age, our immunity begins to wane and we begin to feel weak.

     Its biggest side effect is diabetes. People who have diabetes have to avoid sugar completely. Not only this, but all the ingredients which contain sugar ie sweet have to be avoided. The life of such people loses sweetness. Their lives fade.


 

Solution

     To be honest, we should keep our sugar intake low from the start. So that we don't have to face such problems. But when we need to reduce sugar for some reason, we should choose another option instead like we should use sugar free ingredients. Along with that green leafy vegetables should be consumed. So that we can stay healthy. Exercise should be done according to age etc. we can stay away from sugar.
